No need to sweat it out over the grill this summer in the quest for burger perfection. Paramour at the Wayne Hotel is bringing back its special menu of chef-inspired burgers, with options sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated burgavores.
Dig into one of five robust burgers featured on Paramour’s Burgers of Summer menu: the Mac N Burger, piled high with Grafton cheddar mac ‘n cheese and a beefsteak tomato; the Japanessa, Kobe beef with wasabi mayo, tempura onions and goma wakame; the Maytag Blue, smothered in Maytag blue cheese, field mushrooms and caramelized onions; the Rodeo Burger, layered with Tillamook cheddar, Lancaster bacon, house BBQ sauce and onion rings; and The Greek, made with ground lamb and topped with tomato jam, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
Burgers ($16) include a side of house-cut fries and are available every day for lunch and dinner through August 31. Our advice: pair your burger with one of Paramour’s artisanal craft beers on tap and enjoy it on the veranda for a top-notch dining experience.
