Fall trends she loves: “I’m always excited about layering, especially with Alpaca sweaters, wool flannels and jean jackets.”

She loves: Shoes. “I’m a creature of habit and tend to gravitate toward wearing what’s comfortable, so switching up my shoes can totally change the feeling of the outfit.”

Style icons: “Lauren Hutton for her classic American style, Jane Birkin for her effortlessness.”

Personal style: “Definitely laid-back. A little bit country and a little bit masculine—I’m big believer in borrowing from the boys.”

Go-to casual outfit for a typical Saturday out: “Usually, I’m in dirty horseback-riding clothes. But Imogene + Willie jeans, Red Wing boots and a basic knitwear top is always my go-to uniform.”

Go-to outfit for a Saturday night out in the city: “I’m almost always in denim, so a nice pair of jeans with a button-down blazer and booties.”

Splurges: “Anything American-made—nice jackets and leather goods. Quality over quantity.”

Favorite things in her closet: “Vintage Barbour jacket, well-worn Dubarry boots, a Chanel bag, a Cartier Tank watch and my mom’s hand-me-down Levi’s 501s.”

Must-read blog: “The Sartorialist’s street captures are always refreshing for their individuality and ease.”

Where she shops: “I do most of my shopping at our store, but I also love Eaves in Wayne for special dressier pieces. Chester County Book Company is always a nice stop. I try to shop at as many independent and small stores in the area as possible.”
