Mistral at the King of Prussia Mall opened at the beginning of March and has been serving a menu specializing in shared plates, utilizing fresh, contemporary ingredients sourced daily from local farms, butchers and aqua-culturists.
Chef de cuisine Craig Polignano recently created a new brunch menu that will be available from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. on Sundays. The menu includes a handful of Mistral’s signature items such as the toasted sourdough with bacon jam, broccoli and aged cheddar; ricotta cavatelli; and the Mistral burger.
