Fresh Concept
Iron Chef Jose Garces debuts his newest Philadelphia eatery this month. Rosa Blanco is a Cuban diner styled as a Miami throwback. Occupying the Chestnut Street shell of his now-defunct Chifa, it will feature a rotisserie- and sandwich-heavy menu, a fully stocked rum bar, and a takeout counter. Garces is also prepping for Volver at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, which will only open when the acclaimed chef is cooking.
