Must Try: Avalon’s Giardino

This smashing, herbaceous cocktail is slowly steeped in a French press for three minutes. As this house specialty ferments, the aromatic mix of vodka, St. Germain, blueberries, lemon, and locally picked basil, thyme and mint deepens in color from rosé to ruby. Definitely a crowd-pleaser.
