Sweet Success
Merion Station’s Maria Viola beat out thousands of entries to win the GRANGE “Colorful Exceptions” contest. World renowned for its handcrafted French furnishings, GRANGE challenged interior designers to create a one-of-a-kind piece utilizing its latest line of eco-friendly finishes. A candy store in France inspired Viola’s colorful, whimsical “Sucette” design, which she painted on a GRANGE vintage hall cabinet. Her winning piece is currently on display in the company’s New York showroom and will be available for purchase. A portion of the proceeds from its sale goes to Viola’s chosen charity, Covenant House Pennsylvania. Visit violainteriordesign.com.
