Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has been serving up great food and beer at its Media location on State Street for quite some time. The restaurant temporarily closed its doors on Jan. 9 to freshen up the interior. No formal plans have been announced, but renovations should be finished within a few weeks. Keep an eye on Iron Hill’s Facebook page for a re-opening announcement, tentatively scheduled for Jan. 20.
Elsewhere on State Street, Tagine’s Moroccan, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-style cuisine is also taking a reprieve. The restaurant, opened last spring, is currently shuttered, with a sign indicating it’s closed for renovations. There is no indication of when the restaurant might re-open.
