Pom Pom Squad at PhilaMOCA

Here’s your chance to see one of America’s hottest buzz bands in one the coolest arts venues in Philadelphia. Fronted by charismatic New Yorker Mia Berrin, Pom Pom Squad blew plenty of minds (including mine) at this year’s South by Southwest Music Conference in Austin, Texas. Their joyfully chaotic pop-punk sound is laced with a hint of wistful nostalgia. And it should go down well in PhilaMOCA’s unique space, a former mausoleum showroom that dates to 1865.
