May 2013 Pairing: Isabella’s White Sangria and Matador’s Ceviche

Behind the first refreshing taste of both selections is a kick waiting to happen. For the sangria, a splash of rum gives this fruity quaff a bold punch while the ceviche shines in a lime-and-serrano-pepper vinaigrette.

Matador’s ceviche features fresh calamari, shrimp, crab and scallops, all cured in a lime-and-serrano-pepper vinaigrette.
