This year, the Main Line has egg hunts aplenty, with events both free and ticketed. The classic hunt gets a remix with virtual offerings and adult-only hunts as well.

Ardmore Business Association Easter Egg Hunt

Start at Schauffele Plaza to get your map before setting off to search across Ardmore for eggs! This event is free and open to the public.

The Barn Yard’s Great Egg Hunt

This egg hunt comes complete with a photo with the Easter Bunny, an arts and craft project and play time in the indoor play space. The event costs $30 for the first child and $25 for further children. Registration is required in advance. A second bunny play session is available on April 15 at a reduced price, featuring bunny photo opportunities, an arts and crafts project and indoor play.

Berwyn Trinity Presbyterian Church of Berwyn Community Easter Egg Hunt

All are welcome for this community egg hunt on the front lawn of the Berwyn Trinity Presbyterian Church. Kiddos can find sweets, stickers and other small prizes on this hunt. Volunteers and egg donations are also needed.

Chester Springs Egg Hunt

Every child goes home with a full basket at Chester Springs, as more than a thousand eggs are hidden on the property. It doesn’t end with a hunt though; prizes and games are also included, as well as a picture with the Easter Bunny. All ages are welcome, and pre-registration is required.

Stop by the Eagleview Town Center for a classic egg hunt, with plenty of eggs and goodies for participants. This event is open to children of all ages.

East Goshen Egg Hunt

Each age group will participate in a separate search, starting at different times in East Goshen Park. Head over at 9 a.m. for ages 3 and under, 10 a.m. for ages 4 and 5, 11 a.m. for ages 6 and 7 and noon for ages 8 through 10. Make sure to register in advance.

Easter Eggstravaganza & Park Dedication

The official opening of the new Veterans Memorial Park will be a fun-filled day with a variety of local vendors, food and kids’ activities. A free egg hunt will immediately follow the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 p.m., and the Easter Bunny will be available for photos. Although there is no admission cost, visitors are encouraged to sign up in advance online.

Skippack Township Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Children 12 and under are invited to this long-standing tradition. There are plenty of prizes and sweets for participants. The Easter Bunny will be available for free photos as well. No registration is needed.

St. Eleanor Parish Egg Hunt

After a two-year hiatus, this Easter staple is making a comeback. Thousands of eggs will be hidden for children 6 and under to scout out. Candy donations are welcome until April 10 and can be dropped off in the Easter baskets by the doors of the church.

Upper Providence Township Community Egg Hunt

Children 10 and under are invited to Black Rock Park to hunt for hidden eggs, visit with Peter Rabbit and walk the nature trail with their family to test their trivia skills. Three separate hunts are available with varied starting times. This community event is free and does not require registration.

Rainbow Elementary School is hosting this outdoor egg hunt for kids ages 2 through 10. The Easter Bunny will also be in attendance for photos.

Virtual Easter Egg Hunt

This completely virtual Easter experience involves a search for eggs through a desktop app of pictures, maps and puzzles. The hunt is a one-hour event for teams of children ages 10 and up. Each team must have at least one adult included. This is a ticketed event which runs each hour from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on April 16. A trickier adult-version of the hunt is available as well.

West Bradford Egg Hunt

This year, West Bradford Recreation Committee is holding the first annual egg hunt in Broad Run Park. Each age group will have its own search in different locations, so be sure to check the website for further information.

West Chester Parks & Recreation Easter Egg Hunt

The Annual West Chester Easter Egg Hunt returns with over 6,000 eggs. Goodies include candy, toys and gold dollars. The hunt will begin with children under 5, followed by those ages 6 to 12. Be sure to grab a picture with the Easter Bunny while you’re there.

West Whiteland Township Egg Hunt

Children ages 2 through 10 are invited to Boot Road Park for Easter fun. Searches are divided by age group, while a separate hunt will be held for individuals with special needs. Bring a basket to gather up the treat-filled eggs. No registration is necessary. This event will be held rain or shine, so make sure to dress appropriately.
