Lotus Farm to Table Teams Up with Bird Dog Whiskey for Summer Spirits & Supper

Lovers of fine food and fine spirits, prepare to be wowed. Lotus Farm to Table in Media is collaborating with Bird Dog Whiskey to present a Summer Spirits & Supper every Thursday, Friday and Saturday during the month of June.

Executive chef Ryan Sulikowski will dazzle diners with three courses of new dishes, each paired with a cocktail crafted with one of Bird Dog’s aged white oak barrel Kentucky bourbon whiskeys:

First Course

Tomatillo salsa, blistered heirloom tomato, grilled clams, avocado Meyer lemon mash, corn tortilla

Paired with whiskey “margarita,” lime, strawberry

Second Course

Duck breast, red miso braised greens, ramp dust, citrus tuile, huckleberry gastrique

Paired with “carbonated” whiskey, burnt orange peel, raw honey poached cherry

Third Course

Clover honey nougatine sandwich, cinnamon whiskey compressed melon, strawberry sorbet, mint, sorrel

Paired with cotton candy & cinnamon whiskey “slushee,” clover honey

Summer Spirits & Supper offerings begin Thursday, June 4, and will be served every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in June from 5–9 p.m. The menu is priced at $45 per person. Make your reservations by calling the restaurant.
