Media’s Lotus Farm to Table and Philadelphia Distilling Co. have partnered to create a special three-course menu highlighting the seasonal tastes of spring. Together they will offer a creative cocktail to complement each course. Take a peek at the menu below.
First Course
Cured pork belly, apple cinnamon jam, nasturtium, breadcrumb, pickled onion, aged sherry vinaigrette paired with apple-cinnamon XXX Shine Corn Whiskey, cinnamon candy and huckleberry cocktail
Second Course
Salmon, baby fennel, artichoke, dehydrated citrus, blood orange butter paired with barrel-aged Bluecoat Barrel Reserve Gin Negroni cocktail
Third Course
Spumoni bun, cocoa sorbet, pistachio nougatine and brittle, meringue, sour cherry paired with pistachio-rimmed Penn 1681 Vodka, cherry, mint syrup and carbonated water cocktail
The full menu, including cocktails, is $45 per person and will be available for dinner Wednesdays through Saturdays throughout the month of April.
