“Laureen is the hospital’s face and voice in the community. She established meaningful relationships with senior centers, the faith community, schools, businesses and nonprofits. Laureen was instrumental in securing an alliance with the Lansdowne Economic Development Corporation to integrate health and wellness programming into our communities. Her free “Dine with the Docs” program connects community members with specialists. Laureen also organizes free monthly blood-pressure screenings at stores, health fairs and events. Providing community access to much-needed healthcare resources is at the heart of her mission.”
