Last Call …

The 2008 Taste of Chester County showcases local restaurants and caterers Tuesday, June 10, at The School at Church Farm, 1001 E. Lincoln Highway, West Whiteland, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Guests can sample a bevy of dishes and vote for their favorites in three categories: “Best Taste of Chester County,” “Sweetest Thing in Chester County” and “Greatest Glass in Chester County.”

A celebrity panel of judges will be on hand to up the ante for participants and present the awards (to be broadcasted live on WCOJ 1420 AM).

Participating businesses include Chaddsford Winery, Golden Valley Farms/Redstone Café, La Tolteca, Mabel’s Barbeque, Mile High Steak and Seafood, Montesano Bros. Italian Market and Catering, Pace One, Riverstone Café, Ron’s Original Bar and Grille, The Ship Inn, Stadium Grille, Starbucks, Subway and Victory Brewing Co.

Tickets for the Taste are $25. To register, visit the Chester County Chamber’s website at cccbi.org or call (610) 725-9100. Tickets may also be purchased at the Chester County Chamber’s booth at the expo, which precedes the event.
