King of Prussia to Welcome a Second Shake Shack

As part of the mall’s expansion plan, a Shake Shack will be set up inside the mall.

Since 2013, King of Prussia has been loving Danny Meyer’s burger and shake stand, Shake Shack, at a pad site located outside of the mall. Those who haven’t yet tried the signature Concrete—rich, dense frozen custard with unique mix-ins—are missing out. We especially love the Liberty Shell, made with vanilla custard, Termini Bros.’ cannoli shell, strawberry purée and lemon ricotta.

As part of the mall’s 155,000-square-foot expansion project, linking the Court and Plaza, 50 new stores will open, including high-end retailers like Jimmy Choo and Diane von Furstenberg. There will also be some new restaurants going into the connector space, expected to open this fall. A second Shake Shack is one of them, though no official date has been set for opening.

At just 1,800 square feet, it will be a much smaller Shake Shack, but the burgers, hot dogs, fries and shakes will be just as delicious. Better yet, shoppers won’t have to hop in the car to get a taste.
