Transitioning from an on-field cheerleader to a business cheerleader was a natural progression for West Chester’s Kelly Roach. As a freshman in college, Roach found herself on the sidelines as an Eagles cheerleader. “I learned extreme discipline,” she says of the experience. “It helped me develop a level of maturity. It gave me the opportunity to be on camera, be poised, professional and know how to speak with people.”
After working her way up the corporate ladder at a Fortune 500 company, Roach has applied her skills to her own business of helping entrepreneurs grow with one-on-one coaching, weekly podcasts, and a new book, Unstoppable: 9 Principles for Unlimited Success in Business & Life. “The human experience is filled with crisis, obstacles, setbacks and challenges,” she says. “But if you’re passionate enough, if you have enough perspective, drive, motivation and energy to achieve your goals and dreams, nothing will stand in the way of that,” she says.
