Isabella Launches Ultimate Superfoods Menu to Help You Stick to Your New Year’s Resolutions

Now that the holidays are over and we’ve all had more than our fair share of fun parties and fantastic food and drinks, it’s resolution time! Get back on track in the new year with a new attitude and healthier eating, courtesy of Conshohocken’s Isabella.

Chef Michael Cappon has crafted a five-course New Year’s Resolution Menu. The healthy and nourishing dishes are all made with superfoods, so you can indulge without guilt or sacrificing flavor. The cost for all five courses is $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and is also available a la carte.

The menu features smoked salmon crudo with tzatziki, lemon oil and Sardinian flatbread ($11); lemon avocado mousse with toasted lemon zest, fresh avocado and tahini, served with a warm naan ($10); 24-hour marinated kale and brussels sprout salad with shaved red onion, goat cheese, toasted walnuts and balsamic reduction ($9); three-grain etouffée—a spicy shrimp stew, with quinoa, farro and chia ($14); and organic kefir yogurt and blueberries with honey and spiced almonds ($8).

The New Year’s Resolution Menu is available through Thursday, Feb. 12.
