Brewing equipment arrived Oct. 28 at the site of what will be the 11th Iron Hill. Head Brewer Paul Rutherford, formerly of Iron Hill Chestnut Hill, will be at the helm of the 20 custom-made brewing tanks. The brewer recently won top honors at the 2014 World Beer Cup in the American-Style Brett Beer category for The Golden Child, an aptly titled golden ale.
Iron Hill Ardmore will be following suit of its sister restaurants: open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week, serving their made-from-scratch menu, which includes soups, sandwiches, pizzas, salads and entrees. Covering a variety of cuisines from ethnic to hearty comfort foods, the new Main Line Iron Hill will also offer a gluten-free menu, kid’s menu and kid’s gluten-free menu.
