Spearheaded by the St. Christopher’s Foundation for Children, “Dine In, Help Out” is a unique alternative to the traditional black-tie fundraiser: a charitable dinner party hosted in one’s home. Guests are invited to donate what they might’ve paid if they’d gone out to eat, and the money collected goes to the foundation’s Farm to Families program, which targets North Philadelphia’s disadvantaged neighborhoods.
