While some might say it’s the “classic” that makes this standard a best seller, the quality, quantity and flavor profile are anything but ordinary. Supersized English muffins, meaty slabs of Canadian bacon and perfectly poached eggs are smothered in a rich hollandaise sauce and topped with slices of pimento-stuffed green olives—the pair always served alongside fried potatoes garnished with a sprig of dill.
