Linvilla Opens Greenhouse, Winterthur Exhibits ‘Paint, Pattern & People’

Let Your Garden Grow

Media’s beloved, 300-acre Linvilla Orchards recently debuted its Greenhouse and Garden Center. The 15,000-square-foot, eco-friendly addition houses a full-service facility filled with seasonal flowers, trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals. “This project has been in the planning stages for 10 years,” says manager Rob Ferber. “We’re thrilled to provide a new resource for our loyal customers.” The center also stocks an array of mulches, fertilizers, hoses and tools, and on-staff horticulture experts are available to answer questions and give advice. Future plans include educational classes, cooking lessons and children’s workshops. 137 W. Knowlton Road, Media; (610) 876-7116, linvilla.com.
