» Book on his nightstand: I like to read up on the stock market; I like to follow company portfolios. Am I any good at it? Not really—not yet.

» Music on repeat: I normally listen to the radio: 106.1, 95.7 or 98.1. I like soft rock; Earth, Wind & Fire; the Who. And I like Lady Gaga.

» Restaurant of the hour: Fellini Café in Berwyn. I like the owner, the food, the ambiance. On Tuesday nights, they have a live opera singer.

» Personal hero: I like what Barack Obama is trying to do. I don’t know if I can say that he is a hero, but I appreciate his attempt in making reform.

» One thing he knows for sure: If we don’t change the way we treat the environment, we’re going to be facing some sort of catastrophe for certain.

» Very own vici: My public giving is what gives me an enormous sense of pride and accomplishment.

» Zen destination: There’s no place like home. I wish I had more time to spend [there].

» If he had an extra hour each day, he would: I’d probably spend more time with my birds. I have two geese and two chickens. I have enough stories for novels about what I’ve been through with these birds.

» Life view: chance or fate? You have to set your intentions to what you want and, hopefully, the universe will hear your request and you will receive what you’re asking for.

» Pet peeve: That people don’t realize how good we have it in this area and complain for the sake of complaining.

» Most marked characteristic: Sense of humor. If I can make somebody else laugh, then that makes me feel good.

» Quality he admires most in others: Being fair.

» Mantra: Take responsibility for yourself and your actions.
