Holiday-Themed All-Red-Wine Dinner Coming to Azie On Main

On Sunday, Dec. 13, Azie On Main will host an intimate wine dinner to celebrate the spirit of the season. The all red wine varietals were chosen to perfectly complement the ingredients in chef Ricardo Franco’s six-course holiday-inspired menu. Hudson Austin from Wine Merchant will host the evening and will discuss the featured wines. Here’s a look at the menu.

First Course

Kobe beef negima

Thinly sliced Kobe beef rolled around scallion, lightly seared and topped with ponzu sauce
