The rustic bar is the perfect backdrop to enjoy pairings like calamari with peppers, and smoky tomato chutney served with raspberry-infused gin. The second course, garlic and rosemary pork quesadilla with herb goat cheese, paired with bison grass vodka with apple shrub and citrus, is sure to be a winning culinary combination.
The meal will continue with a choice of coffee-glazed chicken wings or patty melt sliders served with rye whiskey and pomegranate, balanced with dry sherry and Compari. Save room for a sweet treat—coconut marshmallow s’mores paired with brandy and cinnamon.
