Trends she loves: All the leather this season, whether it’s a leather-sleeved jacket, leather-trim dress or leather leggings.

She’s a: Clotheshorse. Working in the fashion industry, it’s hard to resist any category. But if I had to choose, that’s what I’d probably consider myself.

Style icons: Current celebrity: Sienna Miller. Past celebrity: Brigitte Bardot. Designer: Nicole Colovos from Helmut Lang.

Personal style: A contemporary edge with a drop of 70s rock ’n’ roll.

Go-to casual outfit for a typical Saturday out: Skinny jeans, Golden Goose or Converse sneakers, and a Haute Hippie tee (usually gray or white).

Go-to outfit for a Saturday night in the city: In the summer, I love dresses with ankle boots or wedges. In the fall, leggings or skinny jeans with a drapey, graphic-print top and a blazer, or my favorite leather jacket. I always wear a statement piece of jewelry, whether it’s a necklace or rings.

Favorite splurges: Everyone should splurge on a great pair of boots that, every season, they pull out and are so happy they bought. I also have a total weakness for coats and jackets.

Favorite item in her closet: My Zadig & Voltaire ivory faux fur coat from last year. I feel like Kate Hudson in Almost Famous every time I wear it. 

Favorite local boutiques: Skirt and Knit Wit in Bryn Mawr have a lot of the designers I love. I wish I had time to go on personal shopping trips, but it’s usually on buying trips where I do most of my shopping—or on vacation.
