Firepoint (3739 West Chester Pike) will feature an exhibition kitchen and a wood-fired grill that, according to Paxos, “enhances the food, adding natural and rich flavors to an eclectic menu of fine ingredients.”

His new concept will feature both indoor and outdoor seating, two bars, a wine room and two fireplaces. The 7,500-square-foot restaurant seats 250 guests inside and an additional 150 guests on the outdoor patio.

“The wood grill truly inspired the restaurant’s design,” said Paxos. “Guests will enjoy a warm and inviting atmosphere that travels throughout the entire restaurant, while the open kitchen adds a theatrical entertainment element to the dining experience.”

Paxos opened Blue, a grillhouse featuring a popular outdoor patio and spacious event center, in Bethlehem in 2002. Center Valley’s Melt is a contemporary Italian restaurant with a stunning two-level interior, which he opened in 2006. Torre, a modern twist on authentic Mexican cuisine, opened in 2014, also in Center Valley.
