Join renowned chef Jose Garces on Friday, March 18, from 7:30–10:30 p.m. at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel (1200 Market St., Philadelphia) for a truly special night to benefit a great cause—Think Local, Give Local. Chef Garces has handpicked a group of local chefs to deliver an unforgettable epicurean experience highlighting Philadelphia’s unique culinary talent. Each tasting will use locally sourced ingredients, and throughout the evening guests will enjoy cocktails made with local spirits and beer in a locally created décor, in addition to a silent auction.

The list of featured chefs reads like a who’s who of Philly’s finest, including Kevin Sbraga (Fat Ham, Sbraga), Jeff Michaud (Osteria, Amis), Greg Vernick (Vernick Food & Drink), Nicholas Elmi (Laurel) and many more.

General admission tickets are $150 per person. VIP tickets are available for $250 per person and ticket holders will receive exclusive access to an after party (10:30 p.m.–midnight) on the 33rd floor of the Loews Hotel, as well as a preview tasting prior to the event (6:30–7:30 p.m.).
