Gilbert & Evans is the latest addition to the retail mix at Suburban Square. Owned by Haverford residents Grace and Caleb Kuhnmunch, the boutique features clothing and accessories for men, women and children, featuring such preppy-chic designers as Elizabeth McKay, Two Bees Cashmere, Sail to Sable and Southern Tide.

Boston-based fashion designer Sara Campbell has found her way to Pennsylvania, launching two self-named boutiques in Bryn Mawr and Chestnut Hill. “We had a large customer base from Pennsylvania come through our New England stores—it seemed like the next step for us,” she says.
