Expanded Breakfast Options Come to Exton

Bella Vista has added brunch and Famous Toastery, set to open in March, will offer plenty of morning eats.

Bella Vista Brunch

One of Exton’s newest dining establishments, Bella Vista, opened to rave reviews in December. Recently the Italian-style trattoria debuted a brand new brunch menu to satisfy weekend diners.

Brunch will be offered from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and will feature bottomless orange and grapefruit mimosas. The menu will also include cinnamon sugar donut bites, creamy polenta poached eggs and spinach and burrata omelets.

Both Bella Vista and its sister restaurant, Al Pastor, are owned and operated by Stephen Starr alums Justin Weathers and Joe Monnich.

Famous Toastery, a North Carolina-based breakfast and lunch chain, is scheduled to open its first Philadelphia area location in Main Street at Exton. The gourmet breakfast spot will be located in the former Freskada and Forage spot.

The menu includes egg specialties like avocado omelets and eggs Benedict, plus delicious dishes from the griddle like cinnamon raisin French toast. The lunch menu features sandwiches, wraps, melts and salads. The restaurant will be approximately 5,000 square feet with about 120 seats, plus outdoor seating.
