Black truffles, usually a winter staple, are making a summertime appearance at Conshohocken’s Blackfish on Tuesday, Aug. 25. The treasured treats have come to the Main Line via Australia and promise to add fierce flavor to Chip Roman’s already exquisite plates. Get a peek at the menu below:
Corn custard: raw corn, hazelnut butter, truffle vinaigrette
New potato confit: goat’s milk, potato mousseline, black truffle puree
Smoked sea trout: black garlic, stone fruit, black truffle jam
Chocolate and truffles: chocolate and truffle ice cream, cherry preserves, truffle crumb
