Foodies won’t want to miss Terrain’s Summer Dinner in the Gardens event. On July 31, the cult-favorite cafe will offer an alfresco fine dining experience, complete with a three-course meal that includes wine and artisanal cocktails from 13th Street Cocktail Catering served in a stunning natural space.
The dinner kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with passed hors d’oeuvres. Attendees can tease their palettes with hush puppies elevated with lobster and ramp, as well as a white gazpacho shooter, before tucking into the first course of crab salad with grilled grapefruit and sunflower sprouts.
The second course stars a Hamachi crudo. This delicate white fish will be accompanied by sour yuzu and spicy chili sauces. The third course pairs sustainably-raised Jail Island salmon with rice noodles and pickled summer vegetables in szechuan chili oil.
Finishing the meal is a preserved lemon bar topped with lavender gelato.
Tickets are $115 per person and reservations are required.
