Wayne-based interior designer, home stager and occasional Main Line Today contributor Kate Hart loves a challenge. So naturally, she was thrilled when a local news anchor Nydia Han enlisted her help in transforming Han’s fiancé’s Philadelphia condominium into a glamorous retreat that appealed to both of them. “In under three weeks, we blended their different tastes and styles, and created a space for entertaining,” says Hart, whose design work and staging advice have been spotlighted on the Fine Living Network, CNN, HGTV.com and Every Day with Rachael Ray.
