Conshohocken’s Isabella Celebrates Arrival of Executive Chef Scott Aaron with New Menu

Men and women are welcome to the restaurant’s new Manly Mondays.

Tom Richter, owner of Conshohocken’s Isabella, is pleased to announce that Scott Aaron is the new executive chef at his bustling eatery. Aaron brings his culinary chops to Isabella along with some exciting new Mediterranean-inspired small and large plates. Look for nightly menu specials and a new menu to roll out in the coming weeks.

Chef Scott Aaron comes to Isabella after leading the kitchen as executive chef at Plate in Ardmore for eight years. He also worked as executive sous chef and beverage manager at another Main Line mainstay, the Radnor Hotel.

Beginning Monday, June 29, Chef Aaron will roll out Manly Mondays, the first of many new weekly specials. Manly Mondays is perfect for the man or woman with an appetite for great flavor and big value.

First up on the Manly Monday menu is a slow-roasted Angus prime rib with paprika au jus and cheddar scalloped potatoes (10 oz. $22 & 16 oz. $28), oysters on the half shell with housemade cocktail sauce and chorizo mignonette (MP) and Isabella spice-rub thighs with Gorgonzola dipping sauce and harissa hot sauce ($10). The Manly Mondays menu will change to reflect creative variations of meat and potatoes weekly.

New sample menu items include duck confit over tater tots ($10), crispy fried artichoke hearts served with lemon and roasted garlic aioli ($10) and crispy prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with goat cheese sauce ($6).
