For this fête, nothing on the “ambient” menu requires heat to serve. Libations come courtesy of a “bubble bar”—a selection of sparkling wines that can be mixed with a variety of fresh fruit juices and purées. Later, the bar becomes a sorbetto station, churning out classy slushies to keep the heat and humidity at bay.
