Restaurateur Dave Magrogan will open his sixth Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar this coming spring in Susanna Foo’s former space in Radnor.
Magrogan’s newest Harvest will be a massive 7,000 square feet, featuring 200 seats in the dining room, 50 seats in a new, expansive bar and a 60-seat private dining room. Three patios will accommodate 100 seats, one of which is a 25-seat private space.
The Radnor location will offer a similar farm-to-table menu as the other restaurant, featuring organic, local, sustainable and non-GMO ingredients sourced from more than 75 area farms. The menu changes seasonally to utilize the freshest ingredients, and a majority of items contain less than 500 calories, including a variety of house-made single-serving desserts.
The restaurant will also offer over 50 wines by the glass, seasonally inspired hand-crafted cocktails and more than a dozen locally produced craft beers.
“I’m thrilled to open our newest Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar in Radnor. Our team is intensely focused on producing healthy, delicious menu items that are crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients,” says Magrogan. “We’re excited to meet the active, discerning families who have become increasingly educated about food and healthy eating on the Main Line.”
Harvest focuses on sustainability beyond the menu, using organic cleaning products, recycled glass bar tops and paper products, and even environmentally friendly ink on the menus.
