Coming to King of Prussia Town Center: Davio’s Steakhouse

After a 16 years of success in Rittenhouse Row, the national chain is opening a restaurant in the suburbs.

The highly anticipated King of Prussia Town Center, a new retail and dining destination that will be located in the same area as the King of Prussia Wegmans, has announced that Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse signed a lease for a new 9,000-square-foot restaurant. With locations in Philadelphia, Boston, New York City and Atlanta, Davio’s will be joining other signature restaurants at the Town Center, including Fogo de Chão, Paladar Latin Kitchen, Old Town Pour House and Honeygrow.

For the last 16 years, Davio’s has operated a very successful upscale Italian restaurant and steakhouse near fashionable Rittenhouse Row in downtown Philadelphia. It is a staple for formal business outings, special occasions and those who enjoys fine Italian cuisine. Although Davio’s offers a broad menu of northern Italian specialties, including a variety of handmade pasta creations, the restaurant is particularly well known for its aged Brandt Beef steaks.

“We are excited to welcome Davio’s to the King of Prussia Town Center community,” says Tom Sebastian, senior vice president of development at JBGR Retail. “With the addition of Davio’s, we believe that the King of Prussia Town Center will be the premier dining destination in suburban Philadelphia. Davio’s high-quality décor and exceptional Italian cuisine will add to the distinctive customer experience that we are trying to create at this new town center.”

Steve DiFillippo, owner of Davio’s adds, “We have been proud to be part of the vibrant restaurant scene in downtown Philadelphia. We are very pleased to be a part of this project.”

All of the restaurants in King of Prussia Town Center are slated to open in the late fall of 2016.
