Best of the Main Line and Western Suburbs 2018

Our readers and critics have spoken.

The Main Line and western suburbs are constantly evolving, with new boutiques, restaurants and bars opening regularly, along with a slew of services, from in-home hair care to pet grooming. Our town centers are expanding, the dining scene is becoming more diverse, and options for live music and entertainment are growing. This cultural renaissance only adds to the small-town charm and traditions of our region, making it an increasingly coveted region to live.

For our 22nd annual Best of the Main Line and Western Suburbs list, readers and critics selected almost 400 winners, ranging from an allergy-sensitive café in Bryn Mawr to an intimate and historic theater in Media to Malvern’s very own hometown hero, NCAA Men’s Basketball champion, Mikal Bridges. This list wouldn’t be possible without the enormous reader response we saw this year. The total number of 2018 readers’ votes more than doubled from last year, and our list of winners reflects that. Thank you to those who voted. We look forward to seeing you at our Best of the Main Line and Western Suburbs Party on July 26 at Drexelbrook, where you can sample winning fare while celebrating our exceptional community.
