Her customers are: Women from all walks of life—company CEOs, stay-at-home moms, women just starting out in the workforce. They’re women who love inspiration—the fashion novice and the fashion savant.
Best-selling designers: Joie is a very approachable collection. It has a chic and modern aesthetic that’s easy to wear every day. Theory is adored for its sophisticated, effortless, clean lines. It has a classic, universal appeal. Rebecca Taylor is treasured for its fun and fanciful identity; clients adore the playful design details. Trina Turk is valued for her fit and fabrication—it’s always a go-to brand. DL1961 is loved because clients can live in their denim. The fabrication technology is superior.
Under-the-radar designers: Margaret O’Leary’s collection has been a staple at Posh since our inception. It’s primarily a West Coast lines, so many are unfamiliar with its luxurious knits and cutting-edge techniques. It has a relaxed sensibility— pure genius.
Ideal daytime look: High-rise stone-washed jeans by Citizens of Humanity paired with a Vince chunky cable-knit sweater. Complete the look with a Joie brocade, fur-lined mules, and a velvet, quilted cross-body bag. You’ll look composed and effortless.
Ideal nighttime look: The go-to fall trend is the gorgeous array of Milly flare-sleeve blouses we have in stock— easy to execute with anything from denim to pencil skirts. For a night out on the Main Line, I would pair it with our Theory leather cropped pants. Slip on your quintessential velvet pumps by Pour La Victoire, and you’ll look polished and perfect.
Fashion advice: Don’t try too hard. Not every trend is for everyone. Know your body, and always work with your favorite stylist to get to know what really works for you—and what doesn’t.

Her customers are: Girly, sophisticated, fun and approachable. She’s typically on the run and wearing multiple hats. We strive to have shoes and accessories that fit her world perfectly.
Best-selling designers: Dee Keller has become a new favorite. She’s sleek, stylish and found only in boutiques. Traditional favorites are always Sam Edelman, Frye and Kate Spade.
Underdog designers: We’ve carried Klub Nico since the day we opened, and it’s always so good—from boots with great style to heels that you’ll get compliments on all day long.
Ideal daytime look: This fall, we’re all about pairing leopard mules, jeans and a great blouse with jewels, jewels and more jewels. Some of our favorites are from Lisi Lerch, Kendra Scott and Julie Vos. Of course, you also have to have a gorgeous bag. Our Annabel Ingall totes are a classic favorite in fall hues.
Ideal nighttime look: Our wine-color suede wedges from Dee Keller are a must, especially when paired with fun, oversized statement earrings and a gorgeous cashmere wrap. For evenings, we downsize our bags, so a Rebecca Minkoff clutch like the Leo is perfect.
Fashion advice: Accessories can change your entire look, so don’t be afraid to have fun. In the fall, we tend to take color away or darken our look quite a bit. It’s always fun to add a pop of bright color.

Her customers are: Individualistic and willing to try brands they’ve never heard of. They buy quality pieces over quantity.
Best-selling designers: A New York-based company called Charlotte Brody. Jennifer Argenti is the founder and creative director of the line, and her designs are tailored and timeless. All pieces are handmade in New York, which actually means something to our customers. Menagerie is her only retail account in the country. Another designer that has made its mark at Menagerie is Wilt. The line couldn’t be more different than Charlotte Brody, with uneven hemlines and playful silhouettes. Wilt is the alternative to the coveted cotton T-shirt. I haven’t seen anything else like it on the market.
Under-the-radar designers: The Matta New York line. We work closely
with the designers and customize fall boots each year. They’re handmade in a factory outside of Florence, Italy, and each one differs slightly due to the natural leathers. The boots can be worn with leggings, jeans and dresses. They’re an investment—not trendy, but classic. And they won’t go out of style.
Ideal daytime look: The request is always to look polished yet effortlessly chic. I recommend starting with a well-tailored tuxedo cashmere sweater from Raffi, and build from there. Pair it with a Linda Richards long fur vest, a distressed dark skinny jean by Flying Monkey, and a fold-over clutch by Clare V. Since comfort is always key, finish with my favorite Chelsea boot by Penelope Chilvers—they’re well worth the investment.
Ideal nighttime look: You want to be noticed, so own the eyes this season in something fitted and lacey from the Rebecca Taylor collection. Add a splurge piece from our own micro-pavé diamond collection—like our dangle leaf earring.
Fashion advice: We’ve all heard the rule, “You can’t wear white after Labor Day.” It’s a rule that was made to be broken. I love crisp, white denim with a camel fisherman’s sweater and dark, chunky boots. Mix white denim with wools, furs and plaids for a fresh and bright take.

Her customers are: Fashion-forward, daring and worldly women who are always looking for something new to elevate their wardrobe.
Best-selling designers: Harvey Faircloth is one of our favorite, top-selling brands. It’s the perfect mix of proper and cool. Adam Lippes creates timeless pieces and sophisticated silhouettes, making him another one of our most popular designers.
Ideal daytime look: The Anine Bing black- lace sweatshirt, Karen Zambos army-green track pants, and Andrea Gomez camo-print slides create an effortlessly chic look.
Ideal nighttime look: A black leather wrap top and white wide-leg pants—both from Rosetta Getty—paired with a Lito diamond-and-rose-gold evil-eye necklace.
Fashion advice: To put it simply: Look good, feel good.
Her customers are: Between the ages of 30 and 65. They’re working women who look to us for styling and putting together a wardrobe they’re confident and excited to wear each day. We also have stay-at-home moms who love shopping for everyday casual wear for lunch with girlfriends, or date-night outfits. At Élan, our customers are between the ages of 18 and 65. The first day we opened, we had a girl going to college getting clothes and a woman in her late 60s buying items. We have something for everyone.
Best-selling designers: At Per Lei, it’s Autumn Cashmere’s amazing sweaters; Vince, for their fabulous simple basics and classic styles; IRO, personally my favorite leather jackets; and statement blazers from Zadig & Voltaire. At Élan, it’s our small, trendy brands from LA and upcoming designers, our Ban.do stationary, our Capri Blue candles, and our fabulous jewelry priced from $18-$50.
Under-the-radar designers: At Per Lei, we have Rawtus—amazing leathers from Japan.
Ideal daytime look: AG distressed denim, a Zadig & Voltaire graphic T, and an IRO black-leather moto jacket with ruffle detail on the back.
Ideal nighttime look: A printed dress from DVF.
Fashion advice: No matter how inexpensive or expensive your clothing is, make sure it fits well and is tailored. There’s nothing worse than seeing a woman with her sleeves too long or pants dragging on the floor.

Her customers are: The young professionals, the trendy 50-somethings, and women in between. There really is something for everyone.
Best-selling designers: We consistently love Vince and Milly. Our customers look to them for quality pieces they can keep in their closets for years to come. My favorite denim is DL1961. Their insta-slim fabric is amazing. It makes them ultra comfortable, with great fit and durability. This fall, we’ve focused on cozy sweaters from designers like 27 Miles Malibu, Charli and Central Park West.
Under-the-radar designers: Lyssé leggings are great. They’re the best-fitting leggings we’ve tried. They’re available in a variety of fabrications, including suede and leather. Another new brand we love is Zadig & Voltaire—beautiful pieces with a rock ’n’ roll edge. Lastly, some best-kept secrets are our jewelry vendors—lines like Jonesy Wood, Wanderlust and Hipchik Couture.
Ideal daytime look: A pair of skinny jeans with a frayed hem, and a soft sweatshirt with ruffle detail. We’re seeing lots of casual wear—sweatshirts with unique design details like ruffles and cold shoulders from Drew, Stateside and Monrow. I pair that with my favorite sneaks and sunnies.
Ideal nighttime look: Anyone who knows me knows I love dresses. My favorite dresses are usually from Amanda Uprichard, Rachel Zoe and Bailey 44.For a night out, I’d choose a black velvet dress with bow-tie straps like the one we have in the store now from Black Swan. I’d pair that with my go-to jewelry from Marlyn Schiff.
Fashion advice: When I shop, I always take one piece into the fitting room that I wouldn’t normally choose for myself. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t, but it might end up being your favorite piece. This is also a great way to find new silhouettes and styles that work on you.

Her customers are: Career women, busy moms, daughters who mix high with low. For us, it’s about attitude rather than age. We tend to resonate with those who value quality over quantity, who want current without trend, and who are ready to invest versus continuing to dispose.
Best-selling designers: Dries Van Noten is a Belgian designer and an industry legend. He blends artistry and fashion to create beautiful pieces to savor and keep in your wardrobe forever. Isabel Marant is an iconic Parisian designer who fluidly combines romance, European tailoring and edge. Monrow, a line of California casual essentials, is our go-to brand for running around town and weekends, with great-quality basic and novelty knits. Re/Done is based on the original “it” jean—vintage Levi’s denim, reconstructed into forward yet quintessential silhouettes that make wearing just a T-shirt and jeans a “look.” Golden Goose is a line of Italian leather sneakers and boots that have become collectibles for customers, with a new collection released each season.
Under-the-radar designers: Acne Studios is a Scandinavian brand that offers modern staples, as well as great leather, denim and outerwear. Evam Eva is a Japanese luxury knitwear label that specializes in beautiful sweaters with natural dyes and fibers. Pomandère offers Italian shirting from textiles milled in their family-owned factories. Henry Beguelin’s Italian leather bags are handmade and hand-stitched.
Ideal daytime look: An Acne Studios blazer, Enza Costa T, Re/Done denim, and a Golden Goose sneaker.
Ideal nighttime look: An oversized shearling jacket, an Isabel Marant blouse, Frame leather jeans, and an Aquazzura heel.
Fashion advice: Throw out the rules, and wear what you love. Invest in season-less basics and seasonal statements—and don’t forget the shoes.
