Chef Kazuyuki Mitsui adds new seasonal flavors to the Media restaurant.

Chef Kazuyuki “Kaz” Mitsui of Azie in Media is known for his seasonal and creative dishes. With leaves tinged in rich autumn hues, Kaz is turning out some beautiful dishes to celebrate the colorful season. New autumn specials include:
