Every month, The Barn at Valley Forge Flowers in Wayne hosts a different chef at its Signature Chef Evening event. On Thursday, Oct. 22, from 6–8:30 p.m., Avenue Kitchen’s Greg Smith will take over the kitchen for a cooking demonstration, followed by a three-course meal. Get a peek of the menu below:
Avenue Kitchen meatballs: beef/pork/veal, marinara sauce, cheesy garlic bread
Halibut Français: basmati rice, butternut squash, lemon caper sauce
Ricotta beignets: cinnamon sugar, blueberry jam
