Autograph Brasserie Hosts Italian Wine Dinner

We’ve been loving Wayne’s Autograph Brasserie since it opened last year. Executive chef Ralph Fernandez’s contemporary menu is inspired by the flavors and classic dishes from France, Spain, Italy and America.

Fernandez will journey through Italy during a four-course wine dinner unfolding on Thursday, April 27, at 6:30 p.m. featuring a stellar menu:

First Course

Charred Rare Scallop

Pomelo, French breakfast radish, pickled fennel, mojo

Prosecco, Col di Luna

Second Course

Hog Fried Spatzle

Pork belly, brown butter, chive blossom

Gavi, Canti
