We’ve been loving Wayne’s Autograph Brasserie since it opened last year. Executive chef Ralph Fernandez’s contemporary menu is inspired by the flavors and classic dishes from France, Spain, Italy and America.
Fernandez will journey through Italy during a four-course wine dinner unfolding on Thursday, April 27, at 6:30 p.m. featuring a stellar menu:
