Recharge your winter batteries with a little help from local chef Alex Garfinkel of AG Catering. The classically French-trained Garfinkel, who has flexed his culinary chops throughout notable Philly kitchens like Le Bec Fin, Lacroix, Morimoto and Amada, is taking over Media’s Pinocchio’s Beer Garden for one-night-only.

Alex, together with the beer-savvy team at Pinocchio’s, will unveil an innovative Winter Beer Dinner on Tues., March 4, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The six-course, beer-drenched affair promises to be unlike anything the DelCo hub has presented before, offering pairings rooted in the spirit of comfort; expect fresh, late-winter flavors spotlighted alongside the bold, brilliant offerings of Canada’s Minus8 Vinegar.
