Adoptable Animal of the Week: Leo

This three-year-old shepherd hound mix gets along with just about everyone.

Leo is a three-and-a-half year-old, neutered Shepherd-Hound mix who hopes 2017 will bring him a forever family. This 46-pound pup is sweet and playful, plus he is crate and house trained. He is good with other dogs, has been fine with the cat in his foster home and is great with young children. Leo was surrendered to Malvern’s To Love A Canine Rescue because his family moved multiple times this year and changed their schedules, causing Leo to have separation anxiety. The rescue believes that he will thrive in a home with another dog to keep him company when the family leaves the house. Leo is currently fostered in a home with another dog and there have been no issues with his behavior when his foster family goes out.
