Add to your mileage while exploring downtown Bryn Mawr and Media. Three to 10 mile runs begin at the store at 6 p.m. in Bryn Mawr on Wednesdays and Media on Thursdays.

Morning track workouts at Henderson High School, group runs around downtown West Chester, and long weekend runs will keep you on your. If you’re not a morning person, try the “Wednesday Knight” run—after a 4-8 mile run, the group meets up at Side Bar for burgers.

Make new friends and relax on the trails with this group, which meets on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. for speedwork runs at Conshohocken Brewing Company and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. On Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., runs are 45-60 minutes and are followed by drinks. On Sundays at 10 a.m., the group goes for a 90 minute run before grabbing brunch.
This group hosts 3-9 mile runs everyday except Friday in various locations around Delaware County, including Havertown, Media and Swarthmore. If you want to race, check out their popular Tyler Arboretum 10k trail run.
Originally a women’s running club, the now coed group currently has over 200 members. Runs are typically 5-10 miles and meeting locations vary.
