Azie on Main: An unlimited Easter brunch buffet will be on the menu from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m., complete with carving, omelet and dessert stations in addition to a variety of standard brunch dishes (scrambled eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt) and Asian specialties (steamed chicken dumplings, crab and veggie spring rolls, sushi). The Desmond: The Desmond is hosting a traditional Easter brunch with buffet-style offerings including cinnamon-rum French toast, applewood-smoked bacon, buttermilk pancakes, Belgian waffles, eggs Benedict, crab and shrimp cakes, brown sugar–glazed country ham and carved roast beef, to name just a few. Farmhouse Bistro: A three-course prix-fixe Easter brunch is on offer for just $35. Start with your choice of spring salad, Caesar salad or cream of asparagus soup. Main course selections include grilled petite filet mignon; eggs Benedict; smoked salmon, asparagus, and Gruyère quiche; carved Virginia ham; and Amaretto-battered banana-stuffed French toast. End your meal on a sweet note with saffron peach crème brûlée, flourless chocolate torte, warm apple tart tatin or Belgian dark chocolate–covered strawberries.
