Pennsylvania Farm Show, Jan. 6–14
The Pennsylvania Farm show, located at the PA Farm Show Complex and Expo Center in Harrisburg, showcases the very best in the agricultural industry. This year, look for the Culinary Connection Stage featuring samples, displays and cooking demonstrations by favorite local chefs, media personalities and special guests. Don’t forget to visit the PA Preferred Food Court to get a taste of Pennsylvania products including the famous Farm Show baked potatoes. Chaddsford Winery is celebrating the splendor of the season with its annual Winter Wine-derland event. The first 100 guests to arrive on Saturday and Sunday will receive a free winter scarf. The outdoor winter festival features ice-carving demonstrations, specialty cocktails, food trucks, live music, wine tastings, fire pits and more. Plus, take part in Chaddsford’s “Niagara Falls” ice luge and enjoy an extra-cold shot of the winery’s award-winning Niagara wine. Taste of Phoenixville is held each year to benefit The Good Samaritan Shelter. What’s for Dinner with Camphill Village Kimberton Hills, Jan. 28
