Seafood Tasting Menu at The Silverspoon, April 21–23: Go on a seafood-centric journey with seven exquisitely prepared courses. Firriato Wine Dinner at Paramour, April 23: Braised rabbit agnolotti, whole-roasted lamb and big-eye tuna will be among the dishes on executive chef Eric Goods’ five-course menu to be paired with wines from Firriato Winery, recently named among Wine Spectator’s Top 100 for 2014. Paramour’s resident sommelier, Steven Gullo, and Marco Scapagnini, brand ambassador for Firriato Winery and founder of Niche Italy Travel Guide, will be the hosts for the evening. $95/person; call the restaurant for reservations. 139 E. Wyebrook Music Festival at Wyebrook Farm, April 25: Take a scenic drive to Wyebrook’s 350+-acre farm for this family-friendly event featuring live music by Frog Holler, Mason Porter, Marah and more. Bring a blanket and your favorite bottle and soak in the view. A variety of food stands showcasing the farm’s sustainably-raised meats, paired with local organic veggies, will be on site to satisfy when hunger strikes. Wine Tasting at White Dog Cafe, April 27: White Dog Cafe and Rolling Barrel Events have collaborated to offer an educational evening of wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres. Sinful Feast Garden Party at The Physick House, April 30: AG Catering, Art in the Age and the Philadelphia Society for the Preservation of Landmarks are hosting a six-course feast that will put the spotlight on local produce from Philly Foodworks and guest host Nic Esposito, urban farming enthusiast and author of Kensington Homestead.
