Signature dishes will include beef shank, served with a red wine-saba glaze and citrus-horseradish gremolata, and millionaire’s macaroni, with prosciutto, Parmigiano cream, black truffles, poached egg and gold leaf. Brunch favorites like Italian eggs Benedict (bruschetta topped with creamed kale, poached eggs, prosciutto and roasted tomato hollandaise) and orange-scented ricotta pancakes will also be served. Salads, starters and fresh baked goods will be available. The brunch buffet is $45 per adult and $15 for children 12 and under. This Chester County landmark is serving a special brunch and dinner on Easter Sunday. Enjoy a three-course prix fixe brunch menu for $34 with items like eggs Benedict and vanilla almond French toast.
