When it comes to fine food at fabulous prices, you just can’t beat a good restaurant week, when dining establishments have a chance to showcase what they do best and attract a new clientele looking for a bargain. In the weeks ahead, we’ll be checking out an impressive slate of prix-fixe offerings for lunch and dinner in these nearby towns:

Media: From Feb. 22–26 and then again from March 1–5, 18 different restaurants in Media will be offering three- to five-course meals for just $30. Take a trip around the world by way of State Street and sample global cuisines from Temaki, Ariano, Dos Gringos, Desert Rose, La Belle Epoque, Shere-E-Punjab and a dozen more. Chestnut Hill: Enjoy $15 lunch and $35 dinner specials during Restaurant Week in Chestnut Hill, which runs from March 1–5 and again from March 8–12. From a Leprechaun Lunch at Tavern on the Hill and a $15 lunch for two at Night Kitchen Bakery to Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant’s “Taste of the Hill” and a three-course prix-fixe dinner at Mica, 19 restaurants (and counting!) will be serving up their very best from Sunday through Thursday for two weeks.
