2 New Spring Cocktails You Must Try at Estia Radnor

Moscow mule lovers, it’s time to trade in your favorite cocktail for a spring upgrade.

Radnor’s Estia Greek Taverna is revamping its bar menu for the warm-weather months ahead and offering up a sneak peek to two fresh cocktails that you can’t skip sipping this spring.

Grab a seat in the Greek Isles-inspired interior, one dressed with whitewashed stone arches, yards of solid Jerusalem limestone floor tiles and bamboo ceilings, and first sip the new Mastiha Mule. The punchy rendition of a Moscow Mule is elevated with a rinse of Tetteris’ Mastiha of Chios, a pine-forward liquor distilled following centuries-old traditions with mastic, a rare Greek tree resin. Mixed with the usual Mule suspects (Stoli vodka, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and Gosling’s Ginger Beer), this addictive, copper-mugged drink is simple, smooth and utterly refreshing.

Looking to add a little spice to your life? Order up the Mykonos Margarita next. The fun-loving spin on a margarita is built with a base of Cazadores tequila and blended with two house-infused additives—strawberry-infused St. Germain and jalapeno- and basil-accented simple syrup. Shaken with a fair share of fresh-squeezed lime juice, this cocktail bursts with fruity and herbal flavors on the front while finishing with a fiery kick. We’ll take two, please!

What’s even better for your post-work spring sipping? Estia Greek Taverna plans to debut a beer garden at its Radnor location in May, so stay tuned to the Main Course for developments on that new drinking hub.
